To be able to deliver the best in flight training, we have a team consisting of experts in their respective fields. The vast experience of our high caliber management, teaching faculty and support staff has continuously contributed to our pedigree and record of achievement. 

The ground and flight training instructors at Wings are highly qualified and among the best in the Aviation Industry. Our instructors have extensive flying and training experience of many decades with global exposure. To support our training teams we have support staff to ensure that training progress, reporting, testing as well as non-training matters are well managed.

The flying team is headed by a Chief flying instructor who controls the pace of flying of the students according to their skill levels. He also monitors the quality of flying training being imparted and sets standards to ensure highest grade of pilots are produced from our Institute. A team of flying instructors assist the Chief flying instructor in this task.

The Chief Ground Instructor along with his team of Ground Instructors ensure a sound theoretical knowledge is delivered to our students.

	Chief Flying Instructor - Mr Jayesh Jaiswal is a renowned instructor in the aviation fraternity with nearly 5000 hours of flying and instructional experience. He has been the CFI at two flying clubs and is a specialist at Instrument Rating and Glass cockpit.
	Chief Ground Instructor - Group Captain Tandon is a retired senior navigator from the Indian Air Force. He is an accomplished Qualified Navigation Instructor with global experience and also holds a CPL rating with 330 hours.
	Chief Administrator - Wing Commander SS Sasson is a retired Air Force CFI with 3000 hours of experience as a Fighter Pilot. He has vast experience in handling training of several batches of Air Force pilots.
	Grooming Instructor - Mrs Nina Ray is a former Regional head of Franklinn Institute of Air Hostess Training. She specializes in personal grooming of young professionals including etiquette, interview skills, skin care, dress code, etc.
