Our admission procedures give an opportunity to every deserving candidate. We would be glad to help you to select a program that suits your taste in recreational or operational needs.
Our Admission staff is dedicated to help you choose a program that is best suited for your career. Although you may apply at any time prior to the course deadline, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible, to ensure we are able to identify and provide you with all the information you need prior to the application review process.
RGAA will base admission decisions on high school performance and extra curricular activities. Admission is open to all qualified applicants. We also help in assisting you to get education loans from the bank. A staff from the bank is always available in our office. You must be accepted for enrollment before financial aid eligibility is evaluated.
Written Examination :
Written Examination is conducted by the Institute to assess the eligibility of a candidate to take up flying as a career
The written examination is in two parts.
1. A general knowledge–cum –intelligence test.
2. A test on all the subjects required obtaining the Pilot License.
For PPL: Doctors approved by The Director General of Civil Aviation.
For CPL: Air force Medical Board as given under

Certificate of medical Fitness for Pilots
Issued by a Medical Board approved by the Director-General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation, India. NRI’s may consult any doctor or medical board approved by the authorities outside the country
Minimum Educational Qualification:
Senior School Certificate from the Central Board of Secondary Examinations, or an equivalent Board or University i.e. 10+2 (Physics and Mathematics essential).
(Non-Science students who started flying before January 1994 are also eligible).
Private Pilot’s License:
1. Issue of Indian PPL (At least 60 hours of flying experience, inclusive of 30 hours of solo flights in the last 3 years). Must pass all the written examinations conducted by Director General of Civil Aviation, Government of India. Must be Medically Fit
2. Foreign nationals are required to get PPL endorsed by DGCA.
Eligibility Criteria :
For Flying: The intending trainee may contact our Corporate office and obtain the application form and brochure by payment of Rs.350/- by post or Rs.300 if the application being received in person. A cadet intending to take flying training may apply at any time during the year since, this is an individual course.
