WAPL is one of the pioneers of Aviation Industry in the Country, started with an aim to change the face of the Indian Aerospace Industry. The organization was established to foster the vision of our late former Prime Minister Mr. Rajiv Gandhi (who was himself a professional pilot) to create dynamic and highly efficient young talent in the aviation industry, which would translate in to building our national strength. WAPL started its operation by bringing the best in pilot training to young aspirants. The organization in the same year, extended its world-class training services to Aircraft maintenance engineering domain with a focus on building top-class and highly efficient maintenance engineers to meet the ever growing need of the aviation industry. Wings Aviation Pvt limited is India's premier flight training institute offering DGCA approved fully integrated courses. Our training programs are renowned for their consistency and relevance to the fast changing demands of the aviation industry. We have trained students from India and around the world and helped them achieve their dreams of becoming a pilot. We maintain the highest standards of safety and excellence in pilot training needed to prepare students for a challenging and exciting career in aviation. We offer courses for Commercial Pilots License, Private Pilot License, Instrument Rating and Multi Engine Rating. We also offer the Airbus A-320 Course in association with Advanced Aircraft Training Institute, UK, available at very few academies.

I take a leaf out of history.

Our beloved former Prime Minister Captain Rajiv Gandhi being a professional pilot himself in Indian Airlines for one and half decades had a vision to create dynamic young talents to build our National strength to fulfill the dreams our late dynamic leader, Rajiv Gandhi Aviation Academy was established in the year 1995 at Hyderabad.

I also take pride in saying that many of our former students are now holding enviable positions in premier aviation related organizations in India and abroad. They are live testimony to the enthusiasm, determination and hard work, which are the hallmarks of the Rajiv Gandhi Aviation Academy.
